The Story is fabricated using 12 gauge material, exceeding industry standards. The doors measure 2" thick and feature a steel threshold, bullet hinges with grease fittings welded on the frame, and pre-drilled holes on the jamb for easy installation. To provide an energy-efficient product, we incorporate a 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass design with dual seals to reduce heat and air leakage. Our frames feature Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping which helps reduce hot and cold temperature transfer. Additionally, a door sweep is provided and installed at the bottom of the door to reduce infiltration of noise, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, and fire.
